A personal decision or an idea is always private.

Therefore, can't possibly be public !!!

Decisions must be taken collectively.

Or in other words:

With the technology we have nowadays,

Due to what i already mentioned in Untitled-4,

All the professors and doctors who are well taught

And i hope that well teach their department,

Like pedagogy, can enter an digital forum,

Specially dedicated for them to decide

What should be taught and what not.

And so on, and so forth.
